AND BRANDING

We assist hotel groups and owners in analyzing their hotels under development and their existing hotel properties in order to identify the most appropriate hotel product concepts and branding in order to maximize their performance and the owner’s financial returns over the next 10 year horizon.

In some cases, these assignments may consist primarily of re-focusing and re-positioning an existing hotel on a more profitable market segment, and estimating the required capital expenditures and marketing actions necessary to achieve that outcome.

In other cases, we may recommend to the client a re-branding of the property, and assist in conducting a competitive process to attract and negotiate multiple proposals from international hotel companies. Luxe then assists the client in the negotiation of the corresponding hotel management agreement, hotel franchise agreement, and related documentation, as required.

Our team keeps up to date on evolving product concepts, and is in frequent contact with the major international hotel management and franchise companies, so that we can help our clients put into place the most productive re-branding and re-positioning plans in the most efficient manner.
